Laos hails Vietnam’s aid to financial sector

Lao Prime Minister Bouasone Bouphavanh has praised Vietnam’s role in training personnel for the Lao financial sector and thanked the Finance Ministry for its close co-operation in the construction of Dongkhamlane Finance College in Vientiane.

He made the speech while receiving the Vietnamese Finance Minister Vu Van Ninh in Vientiane on November 19 during the latter’s working visit to Laos.

He stressed that thanks to Vietnam’s assistance Laos will have more experts to actively contribute to socio-economic development in the years to come.
