* Record date : November 19, 2008

* Purpose: 

- To adjust the company’s capital in Interfood Packing Joint Stock Company (*). 

- To change the business form of Interfood Packing Joint Stock Company.

- To issue another shares of Interfood Packing Joint Stock Company.

- To adjust the company’s profit target in 2008.
