TCT: Violation of the insider

Mr. Dang Tan Tai, who is the BOD member of Tay Ninh Cable Car Tour Company (CATOUR), bought 1,220 TCT shares on October 29th 2008 without announcement. On October 31st 2008, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Dang Tan Tai in order to require him to give explanation on this matter.
