FBT: Personnel change

Ben Tre Forestry and Aquaproduct Import – Export Company (FAQUIMEX) has informed of personnel change as follows:

* Approving of resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu from the positions of BOD chairman and Director General due to getting a transfer to Ben Tre Province.

* Appointing Mr. Nguyen Hoang An – Deputy Director General to be BOD member.

* Approving the following positions:

+ Appointing Mr. Nguyen Quoc Toan who was BOD member to be BOD chairman.

+ Appointing Mr. Ly Xuan Duc who was Vice-chairman of BOD and Deputy Director General to be Vice-chairman of BOD and Director General.

+ Appointing Mr. Dinh Hoang Vinh who was head of sales department to be Deputy Director General.

* Decisions are effective from 21/11/2008.
