OPC: Personnel change

OPC Pharmaceutical Joint-stock Company (OPC) has informed of personnel change as follows:

1. Mr. Le Minh Diem has left the positions of BOD chairman in OPC and chairman of the Member Board in OPC Binh Duong Co., Ltd. from November 18th 2008. He is still a member of the BOD in OPC.

2. Mr. Nguyen Chi Linh has been appointed to be BOD chairman in OPC and chairman of the Member Board in OPC Binh Duong Co., Ltd. from November 18th 2008.

3. Mr. Trinh Xuan Vuong has been appointed to be Vice-chairman of the BOD in OPC from November 18th 2008.
