- Business registration certificate No. 0103026513 granted by Hanoi Planning and Investment Department on 29/08/2008
- Charter capital: VND 3,000,000,000
- Head Office: Yen Nghia, Ha Dong, Hanoi.
- Business lines:
+ Produce plastic materials;
+ Trade, export and import chemical substances and plastic materials;
+ Produce and trade all kinds of packaging inks;
+ Produce and trade processing food and drink;
+ Trade machineries, equipment and technology transfer.
- Ownership structure: Song Da Industry Trade JSC contributes VND 1,800,000,000 (60% of charter capitalof STP General Investment JSC)
- Mr. Tran Duc Uyen – Director and Deputy Manager of Song Da Industry Trade JSC is the representative for the equity of the company in the subsidiary.
