* Ex-right date: October 10th, 2008
* Record date: October 14th, 2008
1. Dividend payment (Stage 1/2008)
Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000 / share)
Payment date: November 10th, 2008
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Accounting Department of PVFCCo, Floor 5, Gemadept Building, 2bis – 4 – 6 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, Dist.1, Hochiminh.
Please submit ID and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
2. To get shareholders’ ballots
- Purpose: to get shareholders’ options on the adjustment to the plan of distribution of PVFCCo’s profit after tax 2008.
- Time for ballot: from 10/22/2008 to 11/06/2008
Vietnam Securities Depository - HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for DPM on October 13, 14 & 15, 2008.
