Nigeria promotes investment and trade activities in Vietnam

A Nigerian delegation comprising 60 Government officials, governors and leaders of big economic groups will visit Vietnam from October 20-25.

Leading Nigerian groups and businesses mainly operate in the fields of energy, electronics, agricultural products, pharmaceuticals, finance and banking, coal, telecommunications, shipping, construction, engineering, import and export.

The visit is being organised by the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission, the Vietnamese and Nigerian chambers of commerce and industry and the Vietnamese commercial office in Nigeria. It aims to help Nigerian businesses seek investment opportunities in Vietnam and promote trade and investment relations between the two countries.

During their stay in Vietnam, the delegation will hold two investment and trade seminars in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
