LBM: Resolution of the BOD

Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company has announced a resolution on choosing strategic partner to issue stock in 2008 as follows:

The company chose Lam Dong Hydraulic Construction Joint Stock Company to be the strategic partner in the stock issuance 2008.

The offering volume of the issuance is expected about 578,158 shares and the offering price is VND17,000/share.
