KHP: Resolution of the BOD

KhanhHoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC) has informed of resolution of the BOD as follows:

1. Leasing land to Fahasha Book Publishment Company (*):

* Coorprate to open the Nha Trang bookstore

* Add: 11 Ly Thanh Ton, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa

* Area: 972 m2

* Contract term: 5 years from July 1st 2008 to December 31st 2008

* Contract value: VND120 million/month (including 10%VAT)

2. Business contribution:

* Contributing USD350,000 to the Viet Trung electrical equipment production joint stock company (*), equivalent to 5% of chartered capital.

* Introducing Mr Nguyen Thanh Lam – member of BOD and Director General to be the representative of KHPC and candidate for the position of BOD member at the Viet Trung electrical equipment production joint stock company.
