DaNang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC) has informed of the representatives of state-owned capital as follows:

* Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan – chairman of BOD represents 30.5% of chartered capital (4,693,001 shares).

* Mr. Dinh Ngoc Dam – member of BOD and Director General represents 10% of chartered capital (1,538,462 shares).

* Ms. Pham Thi Thoa - member of BOD and chief accountant represents 10% of chartered capital (1,538,462 shares).
