CCM: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating income in QIII, 2008

Can Tho Cement JSC explained the decrease of over 5% in operating income in QIII, 2008 (VND 4.631 million less than QII) as follows:

-         Cement is a seasonal product. The volume of cement sold is different in different seasons. In QIII, it is the rainy season, so the volume of cement sold went down.

-         Effected by inflation curbing policy of the government.

-         The construction market is “freezing”
