DPM: Trading result of treasury stock

Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Joint stock Company (PVFCCo) has informed of trading result of treasury stock as follows:

* Stock symbol: DPM

* Registered volume to buy back: 400,000 shares

* Bought volume: 80,000 shares

* Owning volume after trading: 680,000 shares

* Trading time: finished on September 9th 2008

* Reason of not buying registered share volume: the securities market in the time of buying shares back tended to increase and the company was limited on quotation units when placing orders (under trading regulation of treasury stock). In addition, capital in cash was mobilized to import fertilizer.
