DDM: Resolution of the BOD

Dong Do Marine Joint Stock Company (Stock symbol: DDM) has announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

The plan of dividend advance for the first months of 2008 will be made in cash and at 10% of charter capital (about VND8,920,000,000).

The record date for dividend payment will be September 11th, 2008.

CEO Bui Minh Hung was authorized to effectuate the plan.
