SAM: invests 110 billion dongs in Sacomland

Cables and Telecommunications Material Joint Stock Company (SACOM) announced that the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai Province gave the business registration certificate to Sacom Real Estate Joint Stock Co (SacomLand) on July 7th, 2008. SacomLand has a charter capital of VND200 billion, including VND110 billion (55% charter capital) contributed by SACOM, a founding shareholder. SacomLand will execute projects in the plan of SACOM such as investment in a residential area of 55ha at Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province.
