* Old chartered capital: USD700,000

* New chartered capital: USD1,200,000; in which:

* TRANSIMEX SAIGON: USD 600,000

* Nippon Express Co.,Ltd: USD 600,000

* Extension of joint-venture contract:

* Operation period of Nippon Express (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. is 20 years from 26/07/2000.
