VIP: Raise chartered capital of subsidiary

Vietnam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company (VIPCO) has informed of raising chartered capital of the VIPCO Commerce Co. Ltd. as follows:

* Raising chartered capital from VND50 billion to VND100 billion

* Investment cost: VND35 billion

* Source of finance: Fund of development investment and preferred borrowings

* Authorizing chairman of the BOD to implement capital contribution.
