Appointing Mr Cao Minh Phu, Director of the Tuong An Vegetable Oil Factory (belong to Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint-stock Company) to be Director of the Phu My Vegetable Oil Factory in the 3 year term (2008-2011) as of 15/08/2008.

Setting up the Phu My Vegetable Oil Factory at Phu My I Industrial Zone, Tan Thanh Dist., Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.
