TPC: Personnel change

Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company (TAN DAI HUNG JOINT STOCK CO.) has informed of personnel change as follows:

1. Mr Tran Ngoc Thanh Hung has resigned the positions of member of the BOD and Director of technical production due to healthly reasons from 16/08/2008.
2. The BOD will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on September 10th 2008 to appoint a new BOD member to replace Mr Tran Ngoc Thanh Hung for the second term (2007-2011).
3. For the position of Director of technical production, the company will not maintance it thus, there no need replacement.
