SDN: Violation of the major shareholder

From 28/04/2008 to 07/05/2008, Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company (PITCO), which is the major shareholder of Dong Nai Paint Corporation (DONAPACO), bought 15,300 SDN shares leading to change of ownership rate from 7.23% to 8.57%. However, DONAPACO diclosed this trading late. HOSE sent a document to require the company to explain the matter.
