TPC: Extraordinary Meeting, Dividend Payment & Bonus Issuance
HOSE would like to announce the record date for extraordinary shareholders’ meeting, dividend payment and bonus share issuance of Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Stock symbol: TPC
- Stock type: common stock
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Ex-right date: August 15th, 2008
- Record date: August 19th, 2008
1. Extraordinary shareholders’ meeting:
- Meeting date: September 10th, 2008
- Address: Tan Son Nhat Restaurant, 198-200 Hoang Van Thu St., Ward 9, Phu Nhuan, HCMC.
Content of the meeting:
- Report on profit and loss in the first 6 months of 2008;
- Report of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors;
- Adjustment to some plans for 2008;
- Adjustment to financial projects;
- Approval for the plan of additional listing;
- Election of a new BOD member;
- Approval for the cancellation of time-limit for transferring the shares offered to the company’s employees.
2. Dividend payment 2007 in cash:
- Exercise ratio: 7%/par value (VND700/share)
- Payment date: September 11th, 2008
- Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the head office of Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company.
3. Bonus shares to the existing shareholders:
- Exercise ratio: 1:1
- Offering volume: 10,146,000 shares
- Note: The company registered to issue 10,400,000 shares but it is owning 254,000 treasury shares at present. Therefore, the offering volume in fact is 10,146,000 bonus shares.
- For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A, currently owning 1,000 shares, will receive 1,000 bonus shares.
- The bonus shares are transferable.
- Trading date: estimated on September 25th, 2008.
- Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the head office of Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for TPC on August 18, 19 & 20, 2008.
