MPC: Contribute capital to Mseafood

Minh Phu Seafood Joint stock Company (MINH PHU SEAFOOD CORP) has informed of contributing capital and completing legal procedures to Mseafood Corporation - its subsidiary. Mseafood is set up with total chartered capital of USD22,222,222.22 (equivalent to 100,000 shares), in which MPC contributes 90% of capital. Mr Le Van Quang – Director General of MPC is also the representative at Mseafood. It is located at 17011 Beach BLVD, Suite 900, Huntington Beach, CA 92647, USA.
