On 22/07/2008, Petrovietnam Tourism & Services Joint Stock Company (PETROSETCO) has completed issuance of shares to employees in the first time under the program of attracting talents as follows:

- Issuing volume: 810,500 shares

- Par value: VND10,000/share

- Stock type: common stock which has limited transference (limited till 2012)
