IFS: Extension for submission of financial statements QII/2008

Interfood Shareholding Company (Interfood) asked permission to extend the time of submitting financial statements of Quarter II/2008 until August 5th, 2008

Reason: In the first six months, a new subsidiary of Interfood Shareholding Company and Interfood Packing was granted the business license and assembly line is being completed. The consolidated financial statements include figures of this subsididary and this is the first time Interfood make the consolidated statements of three companies: Interfood Shareholding Company, Avafood Joint Stock Company and Interfood Packing. Therefore, Interfood has not finished statements.
