HOSE announces the record date for the list of CII’s shareholders as follows:

• Name of the listed firm: Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company    
• Short name:   CII                         
• Stock symbol:   CII
• Stock type:       Common stock
• Par value:          VND 10,000      
• Ex-right date:      September 5th, 2008
• Record date:       September 9th, 2008
• Purpose: to pay the remaining dividend of 2007 and dividend for the first time of 2008.
• Dividend pay-out ratio:    9%/ par value (VND900/ share)

+ Dividend for 2007: 2%

+ Dividend for 2008: 7%

Payment date:    September 30th, 2008
