- Dividend for 2007: 20%

- Dividend for 2008: 10%

Payment date:  September 25, 2008

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for SJS on September 4, 5 & 8, 2008.

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at SUDICO.
