VSC: Resolution of the BOD

Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company (VICONSHIP) has informed of resolution of the BOD as follows:

Article 1: Project of warehouse at Hoa Cam Industrial Zone (Danang City):

Finished building CFS warehouse with area of 1728 m2

Deploy the second stage of the project to put into operation in Q4/08

Article 2: Project of container ship:

Due to high price of ship and bank interest rate in the current time, the BOD has decided to stop investment of container ship in 2008.

Article 3: Operating activities of the company in Q2/08 was higher than that in Q1/08. The BOD has decided to pay dividend in cash for the 1st time 2008 as 20%.
