TAC: Resolution of the BOD

On June 30th, 2008, the Board of Directors of Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint-stock Company (Stock symbol: TAC) made Resolution 84/NQ-HDQT.08 with the following issues:

As of June 10th, 2008, Ms. Vo Thi Huyen Lan and Mr. Vu Huu Dien have not been members of the BOD according to their resignation letters.

Two new people were voted to be BOD members:

Mr. Duong Tien Duc, Director of Project Management Unit.

Mr. Huynh Van Nho, Manager of Equipment Department.

The Board of Directors will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting at the end of July 2008 so that the meeting will approve the appointment.
