KHP: Change of the business license

KhanhHoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC) has informed of change its business license and representative as follows:

1. According to the resolution of the annual shareholder’ meeting 2008 dated May 14th 2008, KHPC has implemented regulation amendment and re-registered the business license with the following contents:

Chartered capital: VND174,090,860,000

Par value: VND10,000/share

Mr Nguyen Thanh Lam – member of the BOD and Director General is the representative of the company.
