SJS: The project in Ha Tay province

Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (SUDICO) has informed of handing over land of the People' s Committee of Ha Tay Province as follows:

1. The People' s Committee of Ha Tay Province has officially decided to hand over land of 120,133.4 m2  at Phu La Ward, Ha Dong City to SUDICO in order to implement the project of building residential area.

Payment: land use fee

2. Responsibilities of SUDICO:

- Using land with the right purpose in the permitted area.

- Complying with financial obligation, environment protection and fire prevention as stipulated.

- Doing necessary procedures of basis construction and investment, design and approved project.

3. The decision is valid from July 14th 2008.
