TCM: The record date

HOSE would like to announce the record date for balloting shareholders of the following firm:

- Listed firm: Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (TCG)

- Stock symbol: TCM

- Ex-right date: July 25th, 2008

- Record date: July 29th, 2008

- Purpose: to ballot shareholders on a change in Resolution No.03/2007/NQ-DHCD dated December 8th, 2007 (a change of the price offered to the existing shareholders: from VND20,000/share down to VND10,000/share) 

- Time for the ballot: from August 8th, 2008 to August 15th, 2008.   

Vietnam Securities Depository – HCMC Branch will suspend depository activities for TCM on July  28, 29 and 30, 2008.
