SGH: Resolution of the BOD
Saigon Hotel Corporation (SAIGON HOTEL) has informed of resolution of the BOD as follows:
Article 1: Passing the business result in 2008
- Total revenue: 28 billion dongs
- Profit before tax: 9 billion dongs
Article 2: Passing the plan of fixing the hotel
The BOD assigned Mr. Tran Huy Thang – a BOD member to implement this.
Article 3: Procedures of dissolving Saigon Holidays Travel Company Limited have been completed.
Article 4: Doing procedures of changing the business license and the legal representative of SAIGON HOTEL.
Article 5:
Mr. Huynh Man Dat – the information disclosure representative is responsible for proposing the management regulation of the company.
Article 6:
The company completes documents and procedures of securities investment and has explanation
Article 7:
Deduction for financial reserve fund
- For stock whose price is identified at the time of deduction for the fund, the company will base on its actual price to set up the devaluation provision.
- For stocks of the Hoa Sen University and Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB), the company has not yet deducted for the provision.
Article 8:
The BOD will decide rates of deduction for the bonus and welfare fund at the end of the year.
Article 9:
The BOD approve of fixing and upgrading the hotel.
Article 10:
In the first 6 months 2008, the company pays the first dividend of 2008 in advance as VND800/share.
