TCR: Dividend Payment
TAICERA Enterprise Company (TAICERA) will pay dividend for the year 2007 as follows:
Stock symbol: TCR
Stock type: common stock
Par value: VND10,000/share
Ex-right date: July 29th, 2008
Record date: July 31st, 2008
1. Dividend payment in cash:
Exercise ratio: 6%/par value (VND600/share)
Payment date: August 29th, 2008
2. Dividend payment in stock:
- Exercise ratio: 6%/par value
The one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 0.6 new share as dividend. The volume distributed to shareholders will be rounded down. The fraction parts will be bought back to become treasury stock at VND10,000 per share by the company.
For example, at the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A currently owns 116 shares, the calculation as follows:
The number of shares distributed in theory: 116 shares x 6% = 6.96 shares
The number of shares in practical: 6 shares
The number of shares bought back by the company: 0.96 shares x 10,000vnd = 9,600vnd
- Issue volume: 2,014,220 shares (consisting of: 459,912 shares offered to the shareholders whose shares have been listed; and 1,554,308 shares to the shareholders whose shares have not been listed).
- The right is not transferable.
- The shareholders who are currently restricted to transfer their shares can receive dividend in stock. The dividend in stock is transferable.
- Estimated trading date: September 4th, 2008.
Shareholders will be paid money for the shares bought back on August 20th, 2008.
3. Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at TAICERA, Go Dau Industrial Zone, Phuoc Thai, Long Thanh, Dong Nai Province.
Please submit ID and shareholder certificates on receipt of dividend. The legal authorized letters should be presented by the substitutes.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for TCR on July 30th, 31st & August 1st, 2008.
