Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company (LBM) has changed of the name of the major shareholder in the issuance of 2007 as follows:

- Old name: Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Lam Dong Branch

- New Name: Mr Nguyen Duy The (the representative of the labor union of BIDV – Lam Dong Branch)

- Effective date: July 12th 2008
