Saigon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (SAIGONTEL) has informed of result of doing a ballot for listing additional shares on HOSE as follows:

1.         Listing additional 13,500,000 shares to pay dividend for 2007 on HOSE and authorizing the BOD to do related procedures.

-          Expected listing time: August 2008

Voting ratio: 86.44 % 

2.         Listing additional 18,000,000 shares for private placement to major investors on HOSE (approved in the annual shareholders’ meeting 2007 on April 26th 2008) and authorizing the BOD to decide the listing time and do related procedures.
