GTA: Resolution of the BOD

Thuan An Wood Processing Joint Stock Company (TAC) has informed of resolution of the BOD as follows:

Approving resignation of Mr Do Van Binh, Director from July 1st 2008.

Appointing Mr Tran Van Da to be Director from July 1st 2008.

Appoint Mr Dang Quoc Cuong and Ms Le Thi Xuyen to be Vice Directors from July 1st 2008. Mr Cuong and Ms Xuyen are still Manager of Sales department and chief accountant until there is replacement.
