Hanoi Maritime Holding Company (MARINA HANOI) has informed of resolution of the BOD of appointing the following positions:

Mr Nguyen Quoc Dung – Chairman of the BOD

Mr Mai Dinh Hung – Vice chairman of the BOD

Mr Vu Ngoc Son - Vice chairman of the BOD

Mr Nguyen Quang Phuc – Member of the BOD, Director General

Mr Nguyen Hong Minh - Member of the BOD

Mr Nguyen Xuan Phuong - Member of the BOD

Mr Nguyen Thanh Hoan - Member of the BOD

Mr Nguyen Quang Phuc is appointed to be the representative of the company instead of Mr Nguyen Quoc Dung.
