Flying taxi service launched in Hanoi

The Northern Service Flight Company (NSFC) launched its flying taxi service in Hanoi on July 1 to serve the increasing demand for air travel by air in the northern region.

NSFC Director Nguyen Van Vinh said the service will use a EC-130 B4 helicopter which is capable of carrying 6-7 people.

He also said the helicopter will fly between Hanoi and Quang Ninh province and serve sight-seeing tours over the world heritage site of Ha Long Bay.

The service can be ordered for search and rescue activities and such purposes as weddings and family tours.
