Location: No.760, Map 2, Tan Thanh Dong Commune, Cu Chi Dist.

Area of the ground: 38,770 m2  at the price of VND600,000/ m2 -> Cost: VND23,262,000,000

Area of a factory: 1,325 m2  worth VND3 billion

Total cost: VND26,262,000,000
