ABBank to sell stakes to strategic partner
The State Securities Commission and the State bank have approved for An Binh Bank (ABBank) to sell 40.59 million shares to its strategic partner, Malaysia-based Maybank.
An Binh Bank must also make public all pertinent information, including the number of shares, prices and its plans for the mobilised money.
