General Forwarding & Agency Corporation (GeMaDept) has announced changes in company name and company seal as follows:

New company name: GeMaDept Corporation

New company seal: GeMaDept Corporation will use a new seal as from April 7th, 2008 and all of documents with the old seal are not valid.
