Lilama subfirm to list 3.5 million shares

Lilama 45.3 will list 3.5 million shares in the Hanoi Securities Trading Centre on June 11.

The company is a subsidiary of machinery giant Lilama, with charter capital of 35 billion VND. The State holds 51 percent of Lilama total charter.

Lilama 45.3, located in the central province of Quang Ngai , specialises in installing equipment for civil architecture projects and assembling transformer stations.
