Citigroup appoints new Vietnam head
Citigroup Inc., has appointed Brett Krause as its new country head in Vietnam as the top US bank expands its reach into the fast growing emerging market, two sources briefed on the matter said Tuesday.
Krause, currently a Shanghai-based executive vice president of Citibank (China) Co., Ltd., will be transferred to Vietnam and take his new position there next month, the sources told Reuters on condition of anonymity.
Citibank (China) Co., Ltd., is a locally registered subsidiary that is wholly owned by New York-based Citigroup.
Krause will replace Charly Madan in Vietnam.
