VIS: Notification of Personnel Change

On June 3rd, 2008, Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company (Stock symbol: VIS) informed of changing key members as follows:

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ngan has replaced Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha as Chief Accountant from June 1st, 2008.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh has been assigned as Executive Vice President, concurrently Head of the representative office at Hanoi from June 1st, 2008.

Mr. Pham Quang Vinh has been assigned as Executive Vice President from June 1st, 2008.
