Capital gets more luxury apartments
The capital will have more luxury apartments in 2010 once the Military Petrochemical JSC (MIPEC) finishes its Tay Son complex project.
The project comprises two 25-storey residential blocks and a 20-storey block for office space which will be linked together by a 5-storey podium shopping mall.
This project is expected to provide an ideal residential and work space for Ha Noi’s young, up-and-coming population, who have a higher disposable income.
MIPEC and Savills Viet Nam Ltd – the leading real estate consultancy in Viet Nam have signed a contract to appoint Savills as exclusive sales agent for apartment sales for the mixed-use project at Tay Son street, Ha Noi.
Dao Ngoc Thach, chairman of MIPEC said, "We are very pleased that Savills has joined us as the exclusive sales agent for the residential project. Future plans to develop and expand Ha Noi means that this is an excellent location for a mixed-use property. We are confident that Savills will deliver a high-quality service and provide our customers with the best advice about purchasing residential property."
Matthew Powell, head of agency for Savills in Ha Noi, said "We are extremely pleased to partner with MIPEC on this project which is situated at a strategically important location on the main route which links Ha Noi’s south west gateway to the city centre."
