Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company (Abbreviation: BSJC; Stock symbol: BHS) raised its charter capital from VND168,477,270,000 to VND185,316,200,000 because the company paid dividend in stock for the last payment of 2007 (with exercise ratio: 10%). This increase is valid from June 9th, 2008 – also the day of receipt of new business license.
