Plan of share issuance to sponsor the electricity grid of 100kV in Khanh Hoa

Amendment of regulations

Compensation for the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2007 and plan for 2008.

Supplement of salary fund

Authorizing the BOD to appoint Director General and change legal representative.

Selecting an auditing firm for 2008.
