FMC: Buy back stock

To stabilize the market price of stock FMC, Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company (FIMEX VN) will repurchase 300,000 shares by order matching method and put through method from 05/16/2008 to 08/16/2008. The financial resource for trading is from the surplus capital until December 31st, 2007.
