DIC: Received a license for an additional issuance

On May 9th, 2008, the State Securities Commission granted License No.302/UBCK-GCN to DIC Investment and Trading Joint stock Company (DIC-INTRACO) to offer its shares to the public as follows:

Par value: VND10,000

Offering volume: 4,480,000 shares

Including:

+Offering method: according to the DIC-INTRACO’s prospectus.
