DPR: Resolution of the shareholders’ meeting
Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company (DORUCO) has informed of resolution of the shareholders’ meeting which was held on April 25th 2008. The meeting was unanimous the following issues:
Audited financial statement 2007, dividend payment of 15% to raise total dividend up to 30%.

Business plan in 2008
Total revenue: VND715 billion
Total profit before tax: VND213 billion
Dividend payable: 30%
Investment of basis construction: VND201.749 billion
Deduction for welfare and bonus fund: not exceed 15% profit after tax
Compensation for the BOD and Supervisory Board for 2008, in which VND360 million for the BOD and VND132 million for the Supervisory Board.
Chairman of the BOD holding the position of Director General
Appointing Mr Dang Gia Anh to be a BOD member instead of Mr Hoang Dinh Huy
Appointing Mr Tran Vinh Tuan to be a member of the Supervisory Board instead of Ms Nguyen Thi Huong Giang.
Regulations of the company
Authorizing the BOD to select an auditing company for 2008.
Implementing plan of share issuance, raise of chartered capital, issuance of 7,000,000 shares in Q4/2008.
